Mobilboard Crussol Vallée du Rhône is the commercial brand of INTUITIVE TRACE SARL, an independant commerce belonging to the network of Mobilboard International.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

In order to be able to participate in the organizer's offers, the participant must meet the legal and physical criteria defined by the Segway manufacturer, taking into account the technical specificities of the Segway of the said brand.

(The minimum age for participation is 14 years old.)  (Knowledge of the rules of the road is necessary.) The user must always be in possession of a valid ID. The minimum weight is 45 kg, the maximum weight is 118 kg.

Under 18 users must be accompanied by an adult participating in the activity themselves. Pregnant women are not recommended to participate in the Mobilboard activity.

Users with serious chronic illnesses must first contact the organizer to assess their ability or not to use a Segway.  Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited.

During the participation, the helmet is mandatory. Helmets are provided by the organizer.

Before departure, the participant confirms that he / she meets the requirements for participation. The participant must respect the instructions of the staff. In the event of a breach of the rules of driving, the driver of the vehicle is the only one responsible and liable for any losses and their costs.

Before departure, the participant is given detailed and sufficient safety instructions. Participation in this instruction session is mandatory. If, during the training, the organizer has doubts about the ability of the participant to control the Segway and that these doubts can not be ruled out, the right to participation is canceled. If, during the circuit, the participant disturbs the smooth running of the circuit or does not comply with the instructions of the staff, he may be excluded from the circuit.

The participant releases the organizer from any liability in the event of a dispute with a third party while driving a Segway.

The activity guide can decide to stop a client from participating in the activity in the case of inappropriate behaviour or in extreme cases cancel the activity altogether.

The organizer has taken out a liability insurance policy from the MMA Insurance Company.

The organizer can not be held responsible in the event of an accident, each participant having to answer for all the damages caused to others or to oneself resulting from his own fault or negligence. The organizer declines any responsibility in case of dirty clothes or deterioration of clothes or other personal effects.

The participant agrees, in case of damage that he himself caused during the event that is on people, private property (parked cars, fences, etc.), public property (signs, damage on the ground, etc.), other participants, on the Segway provided by the organizer, to settle any dispute with the victim (if necessary by his/her liability insurance).

The participant is responsible for the damage he / she has caused to the Segway and also, if applicable, for the duration of the Segway and the resulting financial loss. "Damage" means the cost of the necessary repairs that will be estimated by an independent expert and the cost of a loss of insurance premium of the organizer from his broker. In the event of a total loss of a Segway, the total purchase price on the date of the said loss will be due to the organizer.

The realization of the circuit can be questioned in case of a weather situation strongly deteriorated or very low temperatures. The clothing of the participant must be adapted to weather forecasts. Only the organizer decides on the realization or the cancellation of the circuit before the departure. In case of cancellation of an event, the client is offered a participation in an event equivalent to a later date.

If, during a circuit, the continuation was difficult to achieve, the staff may shorten the route. If there is a risk of exceeding the duration of the ride, staff may also shorten the route.

 

The reservation can be done :

-        directly through the website www.gyropodescondrieu.fr  or www.gyropodescrussol.fr or www.gyropodesvienne.fr and also on tourist information center internet sites equipped with our online reservation system.

-        On site, at our agency 16 chemin du camping, Condrieu is possible through one of the payment methods accepted by the organiser.

-        by telephone can be made only on the condition that the reservation is validated by credit card payment.

Once the reservation is validated all participants must arrive twenty minutes before the start of the circuit.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers and last minute reservations must be paid in whole to be validated. Gift Voucher holders must make an appointment by email through contact@gyropodescondrieu.fr in order to reserve an activity throughout the duration of the validity. (12 months from the date indicated on the card). Outside of this period gift vouchers are not valid. Gift voucher holders must present themselves and give the original gift voucher on the day of the activity.

Unless specifically requested the gift voucher will be sent in an enveloppe along with tickets transmitted by email, immediately following full payment. During the validity period only, it is possible to extend the validity of the gift voucher for a duration of twelve months, at the price of 20€ per person.

 

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

We will confirm your reservation in writing upon receiving your deposit (50%) and SUBJECT TO the availability of the time slot chosen in the general planning. Without a deposit, the chosen time slot and / or rented material will remain available to all other customers. We decline all responsability in the case that it will not be available at the time of your choice. The balance of the reservation price must be paid at the latest on the day of your activity. We cannot accept more people than the predetermined number specified in your quote. In the case of an agreement of our offer for a date already fixed by yourself in the context of the organisation of an event, we require you pay the deposit without delay, taking into account the large number of reservation requests at certain periods.

Certain activities reserved by our online service can be subject to an integral payment at the moment of reservation.

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The customer must pay the total activity cost in the following case:

-Cancellation less than 15 days before the date of the activity.

-Late arrival on the date of the activity. If late arrival is not communicated, when arriving more than 15 minutes after the specified departure time, the activity will be cancelled in all legality.

For all other cases, we are in our full rights to conserve the amount of the deposit (50% of the activity).

Any change or amendment to the event validited, is subject in principle to a written agreement.

In the event that one of the conventions of these terms and conditions of use is or becomes obsolete, all the other provisions of this document remain valid.

 

I have read, I understand and I accept the general conditions of sale of the company INTUITIVE TRACE MOBILBOARD.

I also accept that the company Intuitive Trace sends an invoice to my email address after the activity and after full payment.

I accept that these conditions be applied as soon as the next online request is made under this registered account, as well as all other type of authorised purchase and I acknowledge having the possibility to view these before placing an order. If modifying these conditions I will be asked explicitly to accept new general conditions of sale.

 

By purchasing an activity through Intuitive Trace Siret n°531 697 779 000 19, I declare accepting the reglementations and safety instructions for the activity, I have chosen to do. I hereby agree to respect them throughout the duration of the activity.
